General Terms and Conditions for the Academy of Ancient Music 2019

“Il teatro delle emozioni”

The representation of human passions is the true essence and the purpose of the music. It is not a coincidence, then, that the oratory by Georg Friedrich Händel “L’ Allegro, il Penseroso ed il Moderato” HWV 55 has been chosen for the final concert of the orchestral workshop of the Academy 2019.

Fee (comprehensive of individual lessons, chamber music lessons, posture workshop, seminars and orchestral stage)

€ 500,00 (students € 400,00)
20% reduction of the fee if the enrol is made by April 20,2019

Passive participants: € 50,00

Participation at the Orchestral stage is subject to a selection through demo, audio/video. To the selected participants will be offered accommodation for the period of the orchestral stage in a Student Hostel (double room with separated beds, bathroom, breakfast and one meal).

Fee master choral music 01.-04.08.2019 (Karmina Šilec)

€ 150,00 for a single participant

€ 100,00 (per person) for Ensembles  from 2 up to 5 participants

€ 50,00 (per person) for Ensembles more then 5 participants

Auditor € 50,00

Application

Participants to the Academy will be selected on the basis of their curriculum, reference letter and demo or video recording. Application has to be made by sending the completed form and the supporting documents to

Please send your demo recording of solo/chamber music (10-15 mins) plus your curriculum vitae and a reference along with your enrollment.
CD, DVD, MP3 or MP4 format (sent using a transfer system) are acceptable.

Application deadline: 10.06.2019

The students admitted to the Academy will receive confirmation via email. The fee must be paid, at the moment of admission, in any case not later than May 30,2019
The Academy of Ancient Music fee doesn’t include any kind of insurances.

 

Accommodation

A limited number of accommodations are available in a Student Hostel next to the course location (double room with separate beds, bathroom and breakfast) at the price of € 22 per person per night.
Please note that the period in which the academy takes place coincides with the high summer tourist season and it is advisable to arrange in time to get cheaper accommodations.
